The Reproductive Freedom Act is a comprehensive bill that would enshrine the rights of pregnant Georgians to decide whether to continue their pregnancy or have an abortion. It does this by repealing medically unjustified restrictions on abortion care while expanding and improving access to quality abortion care. The Reproductive Freedom Act would actualize Georgia’s commitment to freedom, healthy communities, and thriving families if implemented.

When people can make decisions throughout pregnancy that are best for their lives, their families do better and we build communities where each of us can participate with dignity. This bill ensures that all Georgians can make their most personal medical decisions free of political interference.
